Fleet Application Template

Hello, welcome to TS fleet. Thank you for your interest and your application.

Here is what to expect during your application process.

The first thing you need to do is take the application template (it is stickied on this forum) and make a new post filling in your own answers.

Within a day a fleet officer will respond telling you that the application has been received and is under review.

From there the officers of the fleet will examine your application and come up with questions or concerns about you and your application.

There is a possibility that at this point your application will be accepted or declined, but most of the times an interview will be given.

Within a day or two of your initial posting of the application you will be notified of the need to interview by an officer via post on your application. You may get on vent or talk to one of us in game. He will be here to tell you what is expected of you as a member of the fleet, ask questions that were raised by review of your app, and assess your ability to follow instructions and be a team player.

At this point the officer will conduct a vote based on the report of the interviewing officer. The voting period may be as long as 5 days.

At this point final approval or denial will be given.

This process may take a week but no longer than a 2 weeks to finalize for approval or denial.

You have chosen to apply to a serious fleet, we will take your application seriously and hope you do as well. Failure to respond in a timely fashion to the application will result in denial for abandoning your application. Forum activity is essential to us acting together as a fleet. If you demonstrate that you are unable to check on your application then you have demonstrated your inability to check on fleet news and events.

If you have to suspend your application, as in you will not be around for a few days, just explain and your application will not be closed.

The main thing we are looking for is people who want to be a part of the group, find a role to fill and be a team player. Everyone can do something. The most important thing is that you are able to follow instructions during fleet events and don't do things you are not supposed to. Translation: we don't want idiots.

Actual in game skill is a consideration, but far from the only one.

****REQUIREMENTS****

If you are looking to join TS please read the following and fill out the application. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please make a New Topic and copy the application outline into it. Then you can fill out the fields.Be honest with everything and do not leave anything blank. Putting a good effort into the application will help your odds of getting into the fleet.

After we receive your application we will evaluate you over the next few days. We will watch everything you do. How often you play, how you play. How you act and interact with others, we will ask around the server about you to make sure of your history on NF. If we find something we don't like we will tell you and give you a chance to improve. We do not want fleet jumpers, immature people or beggars. We will not give you anything to join us. We are looking for members that are committed to the fleet and its members. You as a member must also show the following traits.

* Maturity
* Activeness
* Willingness to learn
* Good attitude
* Must be able to follow instructions and orders
